This ham bag is perfect for storing ham and keeping it fresh for longer. Wet your ham bag in a solution of 4 cups water and 2 tbsp of vinegar. Wring out excess moisture. After carving the ham, cover the ham with the reserved rind, then place inside the ham bag. Do not use plastic wrap to cover the ham. Rinse the ham bag and repeat the vinegar process every 3 days to retain freshness.
If stored properly, your leg of ham will last for up to ten days. After use, simply wash the bag. Machine washable. Practical and eco-friendly choice.
