Sometimes, fillers and foliage are used interchangeably but there is a difference. Fillers comprise of the majority of the flower arrangement and are usually smaller flowers that bring out the best of the main flowers. Foliage, on the other hand, are the backbone of the flower arrangement that ties the entire arrangement together.
Lily of the valley symbolises purity, joy, sincerity and luck. It's a woodland flowering plant with bell-shaped white flowers. It goes well with buttercup, peonies, azaleas, hyacinths or it could stand on its own and is a refreshing bouquet as it is just like baby's breath.
