Splatter screens catch the grease that flies out of the pan when you fry or sear food on the pan. It reduces the splatter on your stovetop and on yourself. It's easy to clean and can save you a lot of time scrubbing your stovetop and countertops. Use soap and water, gently scrub with a bristle brush and rinse off. If there are stubborn oil stuck on the screen, add a bit of baking soda on the soap.
