Returns Policy

Delivery errors
If you receive the wrong goods, wrong quantity of goods or goods that were damaged in transit, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date free of charge for a full credit, refund or replacement.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Claims

Any goods that are faulty (other than from your negligence or misuse) may be returned to us within a reasonable period for a full credit, refund, replacement or repair at our discretion. For warranty claims, you may contact the manufacturer or Woodee. For any products with an expiry or use by date, we guarantee a minimum of four weeks shelf life remaining at the time of order processing.

Ordered by mistake or Change of mind

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may also return goods that have been ordered by mistake or for change of mind (except food, drinks, computer hardware, first aid products, masks, respirators, clearance items, specially purchased products, furniture, text books, made to order products or any other product marked as Non-Returnable on our website) within 14 days of delivery in exchange for a full credit, provided that the goods are in "as new" condition and in undamaged original packaging. However, delivery costs will be deducted from this credit.

How to Return Goods

To return faulty goods more than 14 days after delivery, contact our customer service team by email to: returns@woodee.com.au

Under these circumstances, Woodee will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
